The utilization of TechCORE’s enhanced information management system at the State of Virginia’s Childcare Services office is a prime example of the service competency. Prior to the installation of the custom-built digital portal, the process to apply for childcare services was cumbersome and tedious. Upon integration of the application into the government entity’s current IT infrastructure, they were able to automate appeals, and deliver childcare services in a manner that was more synchronized and engaging to a modern-day end-user workflow.
